What you'll doLead project management for internal processes, full-scale project execution, and new project industrialization.Manage CAPEX planning and execution and oversee the Maintenance Area.Oversee Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO), including cost, BOM, and material planning.Coordinate model changes, pre-series vehicles, and SOP/EOP phases, serving as the main customer interface for technical assembly issues.Develop, implement, and audit manufacturing processes, conducting Process and Equipment FMEAs.Perform failure analysis and evaluations, monitoring statistics from E-checks and PLC data; participate in ergonomic assessments.Contribute to the Plant Improvement Plan and define/achieve the MOD HC budget through efficient cost management (DLE/DLP).
