in this role, you will support and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the business.
you will execute the vision and goals for your materials planning function and manage the processes to achieve excellence in siop, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.responsibilitiesanalyze demand and supply balance and recommend schedule changes.monitor manufacturing performance and evaluate results against the master production schedule.collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize resources and execute production plans.participate in monthly supply review meetings to approve production plans and discuss mitigation plans.contribute to the development of the production planning process and identify areas for improvement.qualificationsbachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering or a related field.2+ years of experience in materials management, operations, siop, inventory management, mrp mps, procurement logistics, and manufacturing.previous experience analyzing past due and revenue projections, coordinating and monitoring production plans, and following up on customer special projects.english advanced proficiency.proficiency with sap for managing master data and inventory transactions.problem-solving skills.we valueapics or cpim certification.project management.ability to solve complex organizational problems.ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.experience in leading/driving change.
