*your role*:
- supporting talent acquisition & development.
- responsible for new employees onboarding.
- supporting local administration of employees benefits.
- supporting compensation activities: reviews, proposals and compensation forecasts.
- supporting employee engagement review and proposal activities according to business needs.
- monitoring and improvement area kpis.
*your background*:
- minimum bachelor degree in business administration, it, hr, lawyer, labor relations, industrial relations
- minimum 5 years of experience in hr, talent acquisition, talent development administration, compensation & benefits
- strong skills in analytics
- strong skills in negotiation
- strong skills in communication
- business fluent english
