- software development:
- design and manage sql server databases to ensure efficient and secure access to information.
- optimization and automation:
- automate manual processes in areas such as quality, human resources, warehouse and manufacturing.
- identify opportunities for technological improvement and propose practical solutions.
- integration with sap:
- perform queries, manage rfcs, bapis and transactions in sap to integrate systems and optimize information flows.
- project management:
- plan and manage development projects, ensuring compliance with times and resources.
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze and define requirements.
- testing and documentation:
- document technical procedures and create user manuals.
- support and mentoring:
- resolve technical incidents and provide support to end users.
- provide mentoring to other developers on the team.
- work together with coe team in transformation activities.
- ensure that the cost reduction initiatives are implemented at the factory.
- support continues improvement initiatives within the production and other departments.
- report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.
- support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company.
- keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5's standards.
- properly use personal protective equipment.
*what are we looking for?

*required*:
- languages and frameworks: c#,.net, javascript, angular, jquery.
- databases: sql server.
- erp: sap (rfc, bapis, queries, transactions).
- development environments: visual studio, sql management studio.
- effective communication: ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- teamwork: collaboration with different areas and teams to achieve common goals.
- leadership: ability to coordinate projects, guide teams and foster a positive environment.
- problem solving: analytical ability to identify problems and propose efficient solutions.
- time management: organization and prioritization of tasks to meet established deadlines.
- adaptability: flexibility to proactively face changes and new technologies.
- critical thinking: objective evaluation of situations to make informed decisions.
- programming engineer or similar.
- english > 80 %.
- minimum of two years of experience develop software.
