We're hiring a learning & development project manager to lead the delivery of training programs that empower our people and support the company's strategic goals. In this role, you’ll manage multiple high-impact projects and also guide and develop a team of talented professionals
in this role, you will:
* manage projects and lead meaningful learning initiatives that align with business needs
* oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely execution
* use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions
* communicate with clarity and confidence across all levels of the organization
* champion a culture of learning, collaboration and high performance
* mentor and coach team members to support their growth and performance
what we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of experience managing l&d programs and projects
* bachelor’s degree
* english proficiency
* excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
* strategic mindset with a strong focus on people, results, and impact
* ability to work effectively with diverse and multicultural teams
bonus if you have:
* experience in a regional or global l&d role
* delivered training both virtually and in-person
* worked with learning management systems (lms)
