this role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in business development, financial performance management, and cross-cultural integration. The country manager will be the senior executive responsible for expanding blend360's presence, building high-value client relationships, and aligning regional execution with the company's global vision.
job description
* develop and implement strategic plans for the nola region, ensuring full alignment with blend360's corporate objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base across nola markets, representing blend360 at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
* build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners throughout the region.
* lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear objectives, promoting accountability, and building continuous learning programs aligned with market needs.
* facilitate the integration of global processes and best practices within the colombian branch and broader nola region, while preserving local cultural nuances through exchange programs and mentorship initiatives.
* ensure healthy deal economics by validating pricing, margin targets, and delivery assumptions across products, segments, and customer types — collaborating closely with product strategy and finance teams.
* prepare and present strategic financial reports to senior management, providing clear analysis to support growth and expansion decisions in the region.
* drive market penetration strategies in emerging markets, building key relationships and leading brand adoption across the nola footprint.
qualifications
* proven ability to manage regional operations, drive business development, and lead large, cross-functional teams effectively.
* strong financial management skills, including budgeting, margin management, and strategic resource allocation.
