responsabilities and qualifications:
expertise/experience/certification:
• servicenow foundations, system admin and developer certified
• experience working in an agile / iterative methodology
• in-depth proven scripting knowledge
• in-depth knowledge of angular js, java, xml, ajax, and html
• in-depth knowledge of itsm, sacm, portal, knowledge, and case management platform capabilities
• in-depth knowledge of cmdb, ci and data structures as well as their relationships and dependencies
• in-depth knowledge of batch files, ldap, and ad
• in-depth knowledge of api’s, interfaces, and integrations
• in-depth knowledge of reporting
representative duties:
• ui/ux design and concepts
• uat, qa and test plan creation and execution
• document, interpret and translate business requirements
• draft kbs and related artifacts for broad consumption
• flex between working independently, with teams and leading efforts where needed
