As a training & development coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our learning strategy, coordinating impactful programs, and fostering a culture of development across the organization.
What you’ll do
you’ll coordinate and execute training and development programs aligned with goodyear’s regional and global learning strategies.
You’ll manage all training logistics — from scheduling and communication to attendance tracking and evaluation.
You’ll collaborate with managers and hr partners to identify learning needs and recommend effective development solutions.
You’ll support onboarding programs to ensure new associates have a positive and engaging start.
You’ll track and report on learning metrics, ensuring accurate data management within our learning management system (workday learning).
You’ll contribute to internal communications that promote a learning culture and continuous improvement mindset.
What we’re looking for
bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, education, psychology, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or human resources.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in microsoft office suite and experience using learning management systems (preferably workday learning).
Intermediate to advanced english proficiency (written and spoken).
A collaborative approach, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in people development.
