sales development representative (sdr) – build the process, not just the pipeline
this is an early-stage, high-impact role where you'll develop the prospecting workflow, test outreach strategies, and build the sales engine alongside the general manager.
you'll identify prospects across the u.s., mexico, puerto rico, and colombia, qualify opportunities, and open doors with epcs, developers, and solar companies.
your main responsibilities:
1. Design and execute your own outreach workflow — from prospecting to booking,
2. Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads using linkedin, email, and calls,
3. Build and manage a pipeline of solar epcs, installers, and decision-makers,
4. Collaborate with marketing to test and improve messaging and targeting,
5. Track activity and performance in hubspot; suggest improvements to sales operations,
6. Support development of our first sales playbook: cadences, scripts, kpis, and reports
