Responsibilities reach out to new prospects and bringdormant client accounts back to life through thoughtful cold calls and targeted emails. Qualify leads—identify who’s active, who’s quiet, and who’s ready to re-engage. Partner with the lead gen associate to research accounts and keep contact information fresh and accurate. Handoff hot leads to the brand’s internal sales team so they can seal the deal. Work side-by-side with the client’s sales team to build a re-engagement strategy from scratch. Keep detailed records of outreach in the crm and share insights on what’s working and what isn\'t. About you you’ve got 3 years of bdr or sales experience and you’re comfortable making phone calls. You know how to be persuasive and respectful, especially when reigniting relationships with past clients. Familiar with crm tools, excel, linkedin; you know your way around these tools. You’re detail-obsessed and organized—every note, call, and follow-up is accounted for. You’ve led small teams or built processes before and have results to prove it. You’re hungry for growth and continually refine your approach based on kpis and feedback. Bonus points if you’ve worked in luxury or interior design before (but you’ll learn fast with us).
