the role involves working closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, manage defect fixes and implement functional and technical improvements to existing integrations and applications.required skills & qualifications:- 7+ years of hands‐on experience with oracle integration cloud (oic) and vbcs- strong experience on soa solutions- strong experience on odi- good understanding of oracle saas modules and their integration touchpoints- exposure to rest/soap web services, xml, json and other saas and paas adapters available in oic- support and execute fbdi (file-based data import) upload processes and related data transformation requirements- monitor integrations and manage fault handling and resolution in a timely manner- collaborate with business and it teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to existing solutions- identify and fix defects, perform rca and ensure long‐term resolution- deploy changes across development, test and production environments following standard processes.
