lrqa is looking for a regional administrator to support the americas responsible sourcing team.
responsibilities
* support gathering materials for the business license representative as needed.
* manage payroll and statutory payment for the responsible sourcing staff.
* calculate monthly estimation for funding to mexico.
* pay local tax and social security through bank portal.
* process mexico payroll payment (bi-monthly basis).
* process food voucher payments (includes creation template for systems processing, processing new cards, settlements, etc.).
* process saving fund payments (includes creation template for systems processing, processing new cards, settlements, etc.).
* maintain required quality and scheme documentation (e.g. onboarding forms, annual shadows, contracts, etc.) for contractors and full‑time personnel.
* request background check for contractors during onboarding.
* review and send travel expenses for staff and contractors for approval.
* proactively follow up with finance to ensure staff and contractor travel expenses are paid timely and troubleshoot as needed.
* conduct review of audit jobs weekly to ensure travel expenses have been submitted by all auditors and follow up appropriately with those auditors if not.
* review travel costs on a monthly basis and adjust estimated travel quotes for inside sales and coordinators.
* review and submit payments to vendors (baker tilly, travel agency, the puebla office).
* manage relationship with local travel agency.
* buy office supplies for the puebla office.
* provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
qualifications
* minimum three (3) years of experience in administration.
* well organized.
* strong business acumen.
* excellent customer service and results oriented.
* effective problem solving and negotiation skills.
* excellent verbal and written english and spanish.
* ability to self-manage.
* adaptable and flexible.
* high degree of proficiency with microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, internet‑research/reporting/analysis tools.
* maintains an integral perspective and is culturally sensitive and aware.
* highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
* comfortable with confrontation, with a diplomatic and easy demeanor.
* ability to operate in a multi‑cultural environment.
