As a business developer you will develop and execute a customer-focused strategy that will lead to greater retention of contracts, higher revenue per customer and ensure greater customer satisfaction by advising customers on the benefits of our services while empathizing with the feedback customers provide on their experiences.
after probing, representatives are empowered to negotiate portions of the customer agreement within department parameters.
the ultimate goal is to ensure that at the end of each call, our customers feel confident that they are getting the best from our company.
*what you ´ll be doing*:
- search and prospection of new clients within the usa to offer human resources services.
- educate customers in regards of benefits of the services offered by the company
- answer general questions, provide education, and offer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- set up new accounts for customers, including helping to explain the differences in products, and identifying customer needs.
- evaluates the member relationship for the possibility of activating new products or services.
- recognizes the value of the customer and uses sales skills to provide general information about all products and services and cross-sells when applicable.
