Responsibilities
* maintain a clean and organized workstation to support efficient meal preparation
* prepare and cook grilled meat and japanese dishes according to restaurant standards
* maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
* ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene compliance
* monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation
* work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer serv
job requirements
* minimum 1-2 years of experience as a chef de partie in a restaurant industry. Experience in japanese cuisine is a plus
* knowledgeable in grilling techniques is an advantage
* strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* with meat handler certification
* excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques is an advantage
* familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols
* ability to work effectively as part of a team
* passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
* willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
