summary of position
the financial controller will play a hands-on leadership role, supporting both ongoing operations and the plant’s transformation and expansion.
candidates for this role will have:
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is required.
* a mexican cpa license is highly preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in managerial roles like controller or assistant controller, specifically within a manufacturing environment.
* sap erp is required
* advanced excel skills
* full bilingual proficiency in english and spanish is essential for communicating with local staff and international stakeholders.
