*what you will do*:
we are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries, documentation, provide information and report generation from systems. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate contracts across several communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience of working with computers.

- bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or mix experience.

- excellent attention to detail, math’s and multi-tasking skills.
*preferred*:
- manufacturing experience (hvac a plus )
- solving problem oriented.
- strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
