What we’re looking for: the business development manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development. Responsibilities—what you’ll do: market research: conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends. Lead generation: develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into profitable business relationships. Client relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales strategy: develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Proposal development: prepare and present compelling business proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients. Networking: attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a robust network and promote the company’s services. Collaboration: work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development. Performance monitoring: track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve results. Reporting: provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field minimum of 3‑5 years experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a b2b environment ability to analyze market trends and data. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
