- develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for business broker positions, including brokers, analysts, administrative staff, and support professionals.
- stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions.

- bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in hr, psychology, public relations, business, or a related field.
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

*what we offer*:
- $15,000 - $17,000 pesos per month + commissions.
