how you would contribute: • lead the design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective training material using a variety of authoring tools and mediums and collaborate in execution for top projects • identify areas of opportunity within current strategies and training material.• investigate and respond to user challenges and identify trends• must be experienced in all phases of video and audio production; including concept development, script writing, storyboarding, illustration, production and post-production • ability to evaluate the impact of training content and adapt it to the needs of the audience • conceive ideas and execute concepts to include all multi-media projects.• maintain and build the mpc image library, icon library and other visual brand assets.• provide strategic focus and guidelines for the look and feel of all creative including words, illustration and photography, while ensuring alignment with herbalife nutrition’s brand guidelines.• assist with the development of strategies and proposals.• lead team in multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver excellent customer service to all business partners• assign team tasks and provide updates to project managers through project management tools.• engage with end-users and work collaboratively with stakeholders, and senior management across the global organization to understand, lead and execute projects
