**Description**:
**Mission**
The Quality Control and Data Management Specialist’s mission is to optimize operational efficiency and quality by analyzing data, validating content, and standardizing processes and documentation. The role ensures the accuracy of data used in KPI and staff utilization metrics while also supporting AI-driven automation initiatives that enhance reporting speed, reduce manual effort, and boost performance in line with Tutenlabs vision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis & Quality Assurance: Collect, analyze, and validate operational and client data, ensuring accuracy before KPI reporting.
- Staff Utilization Analytics: Gather and clean data on Building Systems Specialists’ activities, validate accuracy, and calculate workforce planning metrics.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with supervisors, managers, and the Process Optimization Lead to refine data processes and support decision-making.
- Data Standardization & Site List Management: Maintain accurate site lists, standardize imports/entries, and ensure consistent data availability for KPI tracking.
- Documentation & Training: Support creation and updates of SOPs (with Process Optimization Lead) and contribute to onboarding and ongoing training efforts.
- Special Projects: Support operational or client-specific requests requiring targeted data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Automation Enablement: Partner with the Process Optimization Lead to identify repetitive data preparation tasks and support the design, testing, and adoption of AI-driven automation tools.
- Innovation Support: Pilot new data manipulation and validation workflows using AI/RPA solutions, providing feedback on accuracy and usability.
- Performance Boosting: Continuously look for ways to reduce manual data-cleaning hours through scripts, macros, or automation platforms.
**Requirements**:
**It will be a good match if you have**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in data management, quality assurance, or operational analytics. Experience with KPI reporting or workforce management preferred.
- Skills: Strong data cleaning, validation, and manipulation skills; proficiency with Excel and BI tools; ability to spot inconsistencies and propose corrective actions.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
- Platforms: Familiarity with ticketing platforms (Five9, Tuten), data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau), and process documentation software.
