strategic partnership:
* collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement hr strategies that support organizational goals.
* provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
talent management:
* identify and address talent gaps to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities.
* develop and execute programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
employee engagement & development:
* foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement by coaching teams and promoting teamwork.
* design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
change management:
* lead change initiatives by navigating complex organizational dynamics and building strong relationships across all levels.
* act as a change champion, empowering employees to embrace new processes and strategies.
performance & development:
* oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to drive individual and team success.
hr operations & compliance:
* ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in hr management.
* streamline hr processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
company promoter & brand ambassador:
* act as a passionate advocate for samsung's mission, values, and culture.
* build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote the company as an employer of choice.

* generally requires a minimum 12 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree, or 10 years and a master's degree, or a phd with 7 years experience
