Role summary:
this is a senior retail leadership position where you will be responsible for the overall management of a high-end retail store. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, including employee performance, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
key responsibilities:
* business development: drive sales growth through strategic planning and implement action plans to improve results.
* client management: foster exceptional customer service quality and build strong relationships with vip clientele.
* administrative & operations management: ensure seamless alignment between front-of-house and back-of-house operations and maintain accurate inventory levels.
* visual merchandising: maintain high merchandising standards and create an engaging shopping experience.
* team management: develop a positive team environment and empower staff through goal setting and training.
requirements:
* minimum 5 years' related experience in luxury retail
* strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset
* excellent social skills, including verbal and written communication
* able to use pos systems and its inventory management functions
* english language proficiency required
* ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* flexible schedule with some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
