lead up to 15 team members, manage and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure regular adherence to productive levels/ slas/ quality/ tat, manage generation and drive employee engagement within team members

academic and professional background:
•medical doctor (mexico or other foreign region): a candidate with a medical degree (md) from a recognized university, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Or
•registered nurse (global): a candidate with a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
•preferred 2 years of experience in utilization review, cdi, clinical denials and appeals or physician advisory services with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing remote teams in a healthcare or bpo environment.
•strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including cms guidelines, and experience in ensuring compliance with these standards.
•experience with revenue cycle software and tools, as well as proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
•certification in case management (ccm), utilization review (urac), cdi or a related field is highly desirable.
