responsibilities for collection reps
* ensure billing obligations are upheld, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all transactions.
* engage in negotiations with clients to establish payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
* file and update documents accurately and in a timely manner.
* conduct skip tracing activities to locate individuals with outstanding debts.
* utilize strong collections abilities to recover overdue payments and minimize losses.
preferred qualifications
* negotiation experience: proven track record in negotiating hardship agreements with clients.
* familiarity with skip tracing: experience in skip tracing techniques and methodologies.
* analytical skills: strong eye for detail and ability to analyze financial documents, credit reports, and bank statements.
* detective analysis: relate to the role as similar to detective analysis, working closely with your torro billing teammate to uncover solutions and achieve results.
