 
        
        Sales Support & Business Development Coordinator (Bilingual: English/Spanish) Location: Mexico (Remote, with overlap to U.S. business hours)

About the Role 
RX3 Communications is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Support & Business Development Coordinator to (1) lead written and verbal communications with telecom carrier suppliers to obtain pricing, (2) prepare and submit customer-ready sales proposals, (3) monitor and summarize new government solicitations daily for internal review, and (4) support our construction proposal teams with high-volume outbound calling. 
What You’ll Do 
Telecom Carrier Pricing & Supplier Coordination 
Submit pricing requests to carrier partners; track responses, terms, SLAs, and exceptions. 
Clarify technical/commercial requirements (addresses/LOAs, term, bandwidth, DIA/MPLS/Internet, Ethernet, SIP, dark vs. lit fiber, handoff type, install intervals). 
Create bid tabs comparing alternatives (price, term, NRC/MRC, taxes/fees, construction charges, lead time). 
Proposal Preparation & Submittal 
Draft and format proposals, quotes, and cover letters; tailor to customer requirements and branding. 
Assemble attachments (SOW, schedule, assumptions/qualifiers, compliance statements), and manage version control. 
Coordinate internal approvals; submit via email or portals; log outcomes and next steps in CRM. 
Gov Opportunity Monitoring & Screening 
Daily review of federal/state/local portals (e.g., GovWin, SAM.gov, FedConnect,). 
Draft concise Opportunity Summaries (scope snapshot, key dates, NAICS, set-aside, known OEMs/brand-names, submission requirements, risks, go/no-go factors) for committee review. 
Track RFIs, amendments/addenda, and due dates; maintain a clean pipeline. 
Outbound Calling for Proposal Support (Construction) 
Make high-volume outreach calls to subcontractors/vendors to confirm intent to bid, request quotes, and follow up on gaps. 
Capture inclusions/exclusions, lead times, and labor availability; update bid lists and logs promptly. 
Coordination & Documentation 
Keep meticulous notes and file naming; ensure CRM and trackers are current. 
Schedule internal huddles, record action items, and chase owners to closure. 
Required Qualifications 
Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) with professional business fluency in English (spoken and written is mandatory). 
Experience: 2–5+ years in any combination of sales support, proposal coordination, telecom carrier quoting, business development, or government contracting support. 
Technical Literacy: Comfortable with telecom service basics (bandwidth, access types, handoffs, NRC/MRC, construction charges, intervals) or willing and able to ramp quickly. 
BD Literacy: Familiar with reading solicitations (SOW, instructions/evaluation), extracting key dates/requirements, and summarizing opportunities. 
Communication & Organization: Excellent email writing, call presence, and note-taking; disciplined document control. 
Tools: Strong Excel; Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides; PDF markup; CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce/Dynamics); comfort with procurement/solicitation portals. 
Nice-to-Have 
Experience interfacing with carrier pricing desks or partner portals. 
Prior exposure to federal contracting (Sections L/M, set-asides, FAR basics) and proposal workflows. 
Familiarity with CSI/MasterFormat divisions (for coordinating with construction teams). 
Basic understanding of network drawings, demarc/extents, and build-out considerations. 
Work Hours & Environment 
Remote from Mexico with to U.S. Pacific/Mountain time as needed (1-2 hours behind Mexico). 
Quiet environment for outbound calling; reliable broadband and headset required. 
Occasional early/extended hours around deadlines. 
Compensation & Benefits 
$35,000 - $55,000 M.N. monthly (DOE) with performance-based incentives. 
Paid time off and observed holidays (details at offer stage). 
Training on RX3 processes, telecom service fundamentals, and government BD procedures.
