responsibilities
* execute payroll services for pepsico sales.
* receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements.
* capture information in payroll systems.
* ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
* monitor case reception and release ensuring sla compliance.
* ensure good customer service and guarantee service level agreements timing and delivery.
* responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues.
* deliver services at the defined at the slas/kpis.
* continue communication and support with local functional teams.
* conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation.
qualifications
* education: bachelor’s degree in in industrial enginner, accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
* experience: experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable).
* proficient in full suite of microsoft office products: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook.
* strong english oral and written communication skills.
* customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.
* ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process.
* ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
