essential duties and responsibilities:
* process and record invoices, ensuring compliance with fiscal requirements and internal accounting procedures
* review and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness
* manage payments, credits, and customer accounts
* maintain the accounts receivable portfolio up to date, ensuring timely collections
* ensure consistent monthly cash flow by securing company revenue collection targets
* ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and resolve any discrepancies
* support the achievement of the company's monthly revenue targets
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration (with a focus on accounting)
* at least 3 years of experience in credit & collections, managing transactions in both mxn and usd
* strong proficiency in sap and advanced excel skills
* intermediate to advanced english level
