Marketing coordinator job description
as a marketing coordinator, you will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive sales across mexico. This role will support initiatives across various core verticals and contribute to the successful launch of new service offerings.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement marketing campaigns to align with overall company direction and strategy, including digital, social media, and email initiatives.
* assist with internal communications and activities, such as newsletter publications and employee spotlights.
* collaborate with commercial, operations, and senior leadership teams to deliver marketing materials, trade shows, and customer events.
* oversee branding initiatives aligned with company guidelines and manage promotional item production in mexico.
* develop strong working relationships with marketing counterparts based in the u.s.
requirements:
* proven experience as a marketing coordinator with an understanding of best practices.
* fluency in spanish and english.
* excellent project management and communication skills.
* social media proficiency and experience carrying out strategic marketing plans.
technical skills:
* customer relationship management (crm) systems, preferably zoho.
* office suite, microsoft teams/sharepoint, and canva.
* project management software and social media management platforms.
* event management and website management software.
* adobe creative cloud, including acrobat, illustrator, indesign, and photoshop.
