marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Your duties include the transmission of information between the top management and the employees of the department regarding budgets and daily procedures, supervision of the implementation of marketing campaigns for the brand.
*key responsibilities*
- develop the marketing plan and strategy, from brand management, communication, positioning and attraction
- prepare and ensure compliance with the budget of the area for advertising in digital and traditional channels, souvenirs, expenses related to the area.
- meet the established objectives of leads, reach, brand awareness and customer service.
- ensure the success of advertising and communication campaigns through the decreed tools.
- analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
- implement high quality content production to engage and grow our community around impact investing, social innovation
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in marketing or related
- fluent in english/spanish.
- experience in digital marketing, brand management or product management.
- experience defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results.
- experience interpreting and communicating analytic and quantitative data, develop and measure marketing programs.
