*job summary*
the web specialist will play a leading role in the web and digital marketing team in the bl aa organization, working very closely with the product managers, marketing managers, and corporate web team, as well as the bl leadership to effectively manage content on the internal and external web. The web specialist will create, manage, optimize and standardize our website, ensuring our online presence is effective, user-friendly, and aligned with the business goals and will help enhance the user experience, drive traffic, and achieve our digital marketing objectives.
- build successfully relationships with product lines (pl) to support digital marketing objectives
- create, edit, proofread and publish engaging content
- collaborate with pl, marketing, sales and other functional organizations to support web related projects, update and manage website content
- manage internal portals and build a reputation of being the go-to person in the web and digital marketing team
- implement seo best practices to improve website visibility and ranking
- generate reports and provide insights on website traffic and user behavior
- analyze user behavior to enhance website usability and navigation
- ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and browsers
- implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the website runs smoothly

*essential requirements*
- bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in marketing, technical publication and/or product support in the electronic industry (semiconductor knowledge is a plus)
- knowledge of seo best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., google analytics, adobe analytics, power bi)
- efficiency in microsoft excel, word & powerpoint
- hands on experience with sharepoint
- excellent communication, time management, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical skills; very organized
- excellent presentation skills
