the centralized service operations manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and managing service center operations. This includes staffing, performance management and service level agreements (slas). Additionally, the successful candidate will design and implement policies and procedures for handling employee and departmental inquiries.

the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in shared services or operational management. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field is required. Proficiency in enterprise systems and strong analytical skills are also essential.
