*job summary*

the accounting coordinator will support the delivery of top-tier accounting services to external clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. This role may assist with supervising remote staff while maintaining excellent client relationships. The accounting coordinator plays a key role in aligning services with client goals, ensuring financial clarity and contributing to operational success.

*key responsibilities*
- support and oversee accounting services provided to third-party clients, including general ledger, financial statements, and tax compliance.
- assist in mentoring remote accounting staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to client-specific requirements.
- help develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.
- serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- prepare, review, and present financial reports tailored to client needs, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- stay updated on tax laws and regulations relevant to client industries and help ensure compliance across accounts.
- collaborate with other departments to align accounting services with broader business goals.
- support business development efforts by assisting in client onboarding and service customization.

*qualifications*
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience, u.s based companies.
- knowledge of tax preparation and compliance, particularly for small to mid-size businesses.
- proficiency with accounting software and remote collaboration tools.
- experience with quickbooks is a must.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Pay: $28,000.00 - $34,000.00 per month
