we are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team as an sap fico consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling accounting for manufacturing companies and a strong background in sap.
this role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement legal tax requirements in accounting processes, focusing on process excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank transactions.
the job requires a deep understanding of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank transactions, direct & indirect taxes, and fixed assets. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with cutover strategy, testing, and migration.
* should have over 4 years of experience in sap as a consultant.
* minimum one end-to-end implementation in sap, two roll-out projects, and four support project experiences in fico.
* strong knowledge of general ledger/accounts receivable/accounts payable/bank transactions/direct & indirect taxes/fixed assets.
* exposure to country-specific requirements and new gl would be preferred.
* exposure to cutover strategy, testing, and migration.

* completed studies in business administration or comparable field of study.

* several years of professional experience in accounting with focus on process areas invoice-to-pay, book-to-report, and bill-to-cash.
* experience in the field of indirect taxes.

* sap knowledge (r/3 and s/4).
