Halo publishing is seeking a bilingual operations manager to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth communication between departments in the u.s. and mexico.

halo publishing international has helped hundreds of authors around the world share their stories for over two decades. We publish inspirational, children’s, and business books in both english and spanish, offering complete support from editing and design to marketing and distribution.
We are now growing rapidly and seeking a mature, proactive professional who can help our team work efficiently while keeping our vision strong and our authors happy.
*responsibilities*
- oversee day-to-day office and remote team operations
- manage publishing consultants, customer service, and creative staff
- coordinate communication between departments and leadership
- ensure deadlines, client satisfaction, and publishing standards are met
- track projects, follow workflows, and report on performance metrics
- support the ceo with scheduling, priorities, and operational decisions
- implement systems that improve efficiency and accountability
*qualifications*
- fluent in english and spanish (both written and spoken)
- minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or leadership roles
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- experience managing remote or multicultural teams
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- comfortable with technology and productivity tools (google workspace, trello, or similar)
- background in publishing, marketing, or creative industries a plus

- monthly salary: mx$28,000 - $30,000 / mes mxn (based on experience)
