required experience
* 5+ years experience supporting pas x mes in gmp environments
* familiarity with servicenow and itil processes
* advanced english for global collaboration
responsibilities
* team leadership and coordination: manage mes l2 analysts prioritize tickets and monitor sla adherence.
* incident and problem management: oversee critical mes incidents such as ebr execution failures validate troubleshooting and coordinate escalations to l3 and l4.
* process governance: implement itil processes for incident problem and knowledge management.
* continuous improvement: drive kbas for recurring mes issues and recommend system enhancements and automation.
* compliance and audit readiness: ensure validated state per gxp gamp 5.2 csa or csv and maintain audit ready documentation.
* stakeholder communication: act as escalation point for mes issues and prepare sla and kpi reports.
