We are seeking a seasoned operations executive to lead our tacámbaro facility, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
this key role will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, logistics, engineering, and maintenance. As the senior-most leader, you will be accountable for ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency across production lines and processes.
a critical priority for this role is leading a cultural transformation within mexico operations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team, implementing clear structures and accountability.
the ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, production, or supply chain, with a minimum of 7+ years in a senior executive or plant leadership role. Food manufacturing experience is essential, and experience leading large-scale manufacturing/production operations in mexico is highly desirable.
the successful candidate will possess a proven track record in strategy execution within operations, delivering measurable business results. Strong cross-cultural leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, are also required.
