Global marketing director – entertainment industry
we are seeking a visionary and results-driven marketing leader to drive global brand positioning, enhance customer engagement, and ensure cohesive, high-impact marketing across all markets.
as a member of the executive leadership team, you will shape and execute a world-class marketing strategy that combines innovation, data-driven performance, and storytelling—amplifying the impact of our brands in the entertainment industry.
key responsibilities
* strategic leadership & brand vision:
* define and lead the group-wide marketing strategy across all brands and markets.
* drive alignment between business priorities and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand message and experience globally.
* guide the evolution of our brand architecture, ensuring relevance, differentiation, and emotional connection across diverse audiences.
integrated marketing execution:
* lead the development and deployment of integrated marketing campaigns that combine performance marketing, traditional channels, and digital innovation.
* ensure campaigns are customer-centric, creative, and grounded in data.
performance marketing & e-commerce:
* oversee the group's digital growth strategy, including sem, paid media, crm, content, seo, and e-commerce performance.
* optimize digital funnels to drive acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and roi.
traditional marketing & media strategy:
* lead the execution of high-impact offline marketing campaigns across tv, radio, print, and out-of-home.
* champion creative excellence and media innovation that elevate the brands' visibility and emotional appeal.
franchise & international collaboration:
* partner with global franchise teams to ensure alignment and adaptation of brand strategy to local contexts.
* provide leadership and oversight for international marketing execution, ensuring consistency with group guidelines.
executive stakeholder engagement:
* collaborate closely with the ceo and executive team on growth initiatives, positioning strategies, and key launches.
* act as the marketing voice in business decisions, bringing insights that shape group-wide innovation.
talent development & team leadership:
* lead and inspire a high-performance marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous growth.
* cultivate a culture of excellence, experimentation, and collaboration.
marketing analytics & optimization:
* establish strong marketing analytics capabilities to measure, report, and optimize performance across channels and regions.
* ensure marketing investments are accountable, efficient, and strategically aligned.
compensation package:
* a competitive monthly gross salary: $250,000 mxn.

qualifications:
* minimum 10 years in a senior marketing leadership role, with proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
* expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and integrated campaign execution—global brand experience highly desirable.
* experience leading marketing across multi-brand environments and franchise networks.
* fluency in english, with a strong track record in global communication and reporting.
* demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performance teams.
* experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors preferred.
* proven ability to operate at executive level and influence strategic decisions.
