what are your contributions to the team?
* develop and maintain databases to support the management of operations team information.
* ensure accuracy and timeliness of operations data by regularly updating and maintaining databases.
* provide support in the planning and coordination of production unit activities and events, including communication initiatives, recognition programs, and all‑hands meetings.
* assist in monitoring and supporting budget reviews, balanced scorecard evaluations, and workforce (headcount) reviews.
how to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge and experience
* currently enrolled in a university engineering program, with at least 8 months remaining before graduation.
* pursuing a degree in systems engineering, software engineering, programming, information technology, mathematics, or industrial engineering. Knowledge of databases, programming, and power apps.
* intermediate level of english (written and spoken), with the ability to maintain professional conversations (preferred).
* strong skills in project planning and execution.
