Purpose of the position:
as a supply chain management professional, you will be responsible for planning and managing scm operations. Your expertise should include scm development and management, as well as knowledge of international trade regulations and customs affairs.
main roles & responsibilities:
* develop a robust forecast review process with our customer focus team to improve forecast attainment.
* communicate regularly with customers regarding demand, commitments, non-performing inventory, and future process changes or improvements.
* provide direction and ensure the implementation of effective scm processes.
* lead process development and improvement strategies within the team.
* supervise daily work, manage kpis, plan manpower, and organize teams.
requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in production planning manager roles.
* 1 year of experience in purchasing processes.
* previous experience working in electronic manufacturing environments.
* 1 year of experience leading planners and buyers.
educational background:
engineering or administration degree.
language proficiency:
advanced english language skills.
software skills:
proficient in microsoft office, specifically excel, word, and powerpoint.
