- collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information
- ensure timely and accurate issuance of annuity contracts as per the process guidelines

fluent english and spanish.
locate it in zmg guadalajara or willing to move.
high school graduate
strong knowledge of annuity products.
2+ years of experience in or similar position
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
excellent attention to detail and ability to work in deadline-driven environment.
good at problem solving multitasking.
