* enterprise architecture & strategic consulting
o design comprehensive sap solution architectures tailored to client needs, ensuring cohesive and scalable solutions across platforms.
o define organizational structures and processes across sap ecc, s/4hana, and related platforms.
o lead enterprise-level digital transformations, including system integrations and migrations.
o collaborate with technical teams to design data interfaces and integrations via platforms like sap btp.
o guide sap project lifecycles, ensuring strategic alignment and technical robustness.
* service delivery management (sap ams)
o oversee the end-to-end delivery of sap ams services, prioritizing exceptional client satisfaction.
o build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging stakeholders from cios to end-users.
o manage service contracts and align delivery models with customer requirements.
o identify process improvement opportunities and implement service enhancements.
* leadership & team development
o lead cross-functional project and delivery teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
o mentor junior consultants and integrate new team members into the team.
o provide thought leadership on sap best practices and emerging technologies.
