About the role tint is seeking a head of collectibles insurance programs to lead the strategy, development, and growth of insurance solutions serving the collectibles market, including fine art, trading cards, memorabilia, luxury goods, and other high-value assets. This leader will own the design and scaling of insurance programs tailored to collectors, dealers, marketplaces, and custodians. Working closely with insurance carriers, brokers, marketplaces, and internal product and operations teams, you will architect innovative insurance solutions that address the unique risks of ownership, storage, valuation, and transaction of collectibles. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in specialty insurance (e.g., collectibles, fine art, inland marine, or high-net-worth personal lines), along with experience designing and launching insurance programs in partnership with carriers and distribution partners.
