key responsibilities
people journey strategy & governance
* lead the global framework, ensuring consistent design principles, governance, and standards across all touchpoints of the people's journey.
* define annual strategic priorities and roadmap in alignment with corporate people strategy.
* oversee cross-functional initiatives that elevates people's experience, promote belonging, and strengthen the organization's culture.
employee value proposition
* develop, refine, and embed the global evp across regions and functions.
* ensure it is reflected consistently in talent acquisition, internal communications, employer branding, employee programs, and leadership narratives.
* measure evp effectiveness and drive continuous improvement based on insights and data.
people experience
* oversee the design and optimization of critical journeys (e.g., onboarding, development, moments that matter).
* partner with people analytics to build insight-driven interventions that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
* implement global listening mechanisms and turn feedback into actionable experience improvements.
wellbeing strategy
* lead global wellbeing agenda, integrating physical, emotional, financial, and social wellbeing.
* align wellbeing initiatives with health & safety, benefits, and organizational sustainability goals.
diversity, equity & inclusion (dei)
* drive global strategy and embed it in policies, ways of working, and employee journeys.
* partner with business leaders and ergs to promote inclusive behaviors, equitable practices, and diverse representation.
* monitor kpis and ensure transparency and accountability across regions.
social impact & volunteering
* drive global volunteering strategy, ensuring it empowers employees to contribute to community impact aligned with the organization's mission.
* manage global partnerships, annual volunteering campaigns, and reporting of social impact metrics.
working conditions & people standards
* oversee global working conditions policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across markets.
* partner with legal, compliance, and hr operations to ensure policies support fair, safe, and ethical working environments.
* manage global standards for flexible work, workplace experience, and employee safety elements relevant to the people journey.
qualifications & experience required
* 7-10+ years of experience in hr planning, employee experience, organizational development, or similar roles.
* proven experience leading global programs and cross-cultural teams.
* strong background in at least two of the following areas: evp, marketing, ex, dei, wellbeing, working conditions, social impact.
* familiarity with human‐centered design, journey mapping, or design thinking applied to employee experience.
