create, receive, monitor, maintain and resolve work ticketsimaging, setup and support of computer(s), monitor(s), mobile device(s)maintain on-site presence at designated service locations to support end userssoftware installation and support in accordance with schneider standardsperform pro-active and on-demand health check of it systems including, but not limited to: printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, and video conference equipmenttraining end users on how to operate office automation equipment as requestedhardware platform troubleshooting and managementsoftware platform troubleshooting and managementperform secure password management for all provided passwordssupport access to corporate network/wireless and applications (both on network as well as over vpn)coordinate execution of tasks with guidance from service desk representativesmanage it inventory of in-house stock, such as moving, sorting, cleaning, stockingother duties as assignedwhat will make you successful:bachelors degree in computer science or related fieldsenglish intermediate - advancedbeing able to work on siteyou have 1 – 3 years of technical support experience, previous deskside technician support experience desiredoffice 365 experience desireditil and itsm experience desired1 – 3 years of experience in implementing, troubleshooting and supporting end user technologies & services, preference given to experience in medium to large sized environments1 - 3 years of ms windows desktop or laptop os administration, configuration and troubleshooting experienceexperience with microsoft sccm desiredmobile device management experience with supporting and managing mobile devices, configuring mobile policies and deploying mobile applicationsworking knowledge of key technologies including enterprise mobility, collaboration, messaging, video conference and unified communication desiredworking knowledge of lan and wifi technologies desiredworking knowledge of active directoryconfident, upbeat and re-assuring attitude with ability to communicate and interact with workplace professionals, including executive level personnel, as neededthirst for knowledge and willing to learn and grow every dayproactive and personal interest in support your co-workersproud of delivering world class service and helping others stay productivelove challenges and solving complex problemswhat's in it for you:opportunity to build a strong foundation in it support and service managementsupportive team environment focused on learning and growthclear path for skill development and career advancementexposure to diverse technologies and business applicationsengaging work environment with direct impact on business operationslet us learn about you!
