about the team / role
are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for turning insights into action? As a sr. Strategy analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for data-driven decision-making, working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across latam to drive impactful initiatives and operational efficiencies. You’ll leverage your expertise in sql, python, or r to uncover insights and shape strategy. This is your chance to be at the heart of decision-making, influence business growth, and collaborate with dynamic teams across a fast-paced, innovative organization.
responsibilities
* serve as the primary source of data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to the city manager and commercial directors.
* analyze complex datasets using sql, python, or r to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across didi food.
* monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals.
* lead strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes.
* develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
qualifications / what we're looking for
* advanced proficiency in sql and at least one programming language (python or r) for data analysis and visualization.
* familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., tableau, power bi) and advanced excel skills.
* strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
* fluent in english and spanish
* 2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or data analytics, preferably in tech, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
* a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
* experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights to senior leadership.
* experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
