the main objective is to provide customer support to a set list of customer accounts with focus areas in demand management, shipments, and communications affecting demand and shipments.
your responsibilities include:
* daily maintenance of demand forecasts and purchase orders in bpcs, adhering to order acceptance policies
* analyze customer demands for errors, take ownership, and communicate internally and externally
* manage shipments by creating warehouse/plant pick tickets; follow up to ensure loads are complete; work after standard shifts for expedites; track and respond to urgent queries
* coordinate with production, shipping, materials and other departments to respond to inquiries promptly
* develop inventory, production and delivery plans for the customer
* serve as the voice of the customer and ensure understanding of business requirements
* assist in new part introduction projects with necessary demand/production/inventory plans

qualifications:
