responsibilities
* support the deal team with pitch preparation, presentations, and business development materials.
* manage and grow our presence across digital and offline channels – linkedin, newsletters, industry media.
* produce high‐quality content: articles, reports, and market commentary that reflect the firm's expertise.
* coordinate the firm's event calendar: industry conferences, client dinners, alumni gatherings (the anchor).
* conduct market and sector research to identify business development opportunities.
* help cultivate and manage relationships across our network: clients, alumni, partner firms, and financial institutions.
* execute our pr and communications strategy – both internal and external stakeholders.
who we're looking for
* bilingual (spanish and english) – fluent in writing and speaking both.
* based in mexico city.
* 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development roles.
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
* proficient in marketing and communication tools (crm, design, social media management, etc.).
* familiar with the mexican financial and corporate ecosystem.
* exceptional writer – you communicate ideas clearly, concisely, and with authority.
* highly organized and self‐directed – you can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
