Quality manager by ensuring a consistent cascade of quality objectives, targets, and performance measurements, using a targeted approach to continuous improvement across the organization. It also contributes to business growth by partnering with business development to interpret customer requirements and develop cost-effective, efficient solutions, while collaborating with operational teams to identify and mitigate risks, eliminate waste, standardize and streamline processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency. The position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and strict adherence to customer, legal, and site/country and regional qhs&e management system requirements, maintaining full alignment with ceva’s global and nortam frameworks. Additionally, the role develops and implements methods to measure and monitor compliance, business development initiatives, processes, and qhse systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and performance at the site, country, and regional levels, reporting deficiencies and driving corrective action plans as needed.
