channel sales manager
to drive commercial growth and strengthen our distribution network across mexico.
this is a high-impact, field-based role where you will work closely with channel partners to expand market presence, develop strategic relationships, and accelerate sales of industrial automation solutions.
what you will do:
lead sales growth through distributors and channel partners
build and strengthen strategic relationships across the channel
develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals
coach and enable partner sales teams to drive performance
monitor results and optimize channel performance
what we are looking for:
+8 years of experience in industrial automation sales or similar industries
strong experience managing distributors / channel partners
bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
ability to work in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders
willingness to travel up to 50% (field-based role)
