about this opportunity: join us as a service support specialist! A junior position to be responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities that requires dispatch and logistics skills to ensure that services provided to operators' customers are continuously available and performing to service level agreement performance levels. You will also be responsible for receiving work orders from the operator's customer care center or customer nocs resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the customer.
what you will do
* customer order handling ericsson system intakes.
* be responsible for handling dispatch and logistics managed services that involves field technician workforce assigning, dispatching and coordinating activities for corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure that our customer communications are working at 100% for 50 countries around the world.
* be the support to our customer work orders corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
* dealing with logistics topics as rma, material and telecommunication device deliveries and return to different vendors.
the skills you bring
* fresh graduates in telecom or it related.
* fluent english communication is a must.
* ideally to have service desk or customer service experience.
* knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
* team work skills, working with people.
* follow instructions & procedures and propose process improvements.
* excel intermediate skills.
* desirable programming basic skills
